"This is the best HVAC business I have ever dealt with, from response time to fair pricing and everything in between. Over multiple service calls, it’s clear they’re doing whatever they can to get my equipment back up and running instead of up charging on unnecessary parts and/or units. It’s bitter cold tonight and supposed to be even worse tomorrow (1.22.26 - 1.23.26). Our furnace was not operating correctly and they came out, made some adjustments / modifications and weren’t going charge me anything at all (one previous service call for related issue cost $120) but we insisted on at least giving them $50 for the help (7:00PM). He also gave me advice on how to remedy our occasional issues myself until we eventually get a new unit (which is almost 30 years old). We will absolutely use their services when the time comes to replace our aging units. Highly recommend."

"We called Rodgers on Christmas Eve, one of the coldest days of the year, when our furnace broke. We called several area service companies, which either didn’t call us back or said they couldn’t help us. In contrast, we were able to connect with Rodgers quickly and easily. Rodgers was at the house in about 30 minutes, despite having other customers on his schedule. He immediately diagnosed the problem. By mid-afternoon, he had acquired the appropriate replacement part and completed the repair. The price was also extraordinarily reasonable given the holiday. I’d definitely recommend Rodgers the next time you need furnace help!"

They have always installed my equipment in my new construction and have done the service calls and responded in a timely manner. I asked for a quote on my personal home in Libertyville, Illinois for a switch out for new units For heating and air. Due to them being 25 years old, even though they performed OK I had them do An estimate on the switch out, he gave me a fair and reasonable estimate and I scheduled the install a week later.
